Transfer students: Request official college transcripts from all previously attended colleges. To be considered official, transcripts must be sent directly from the college to MSUB. Electronic official transcripts can be sent to registrar@msubillings.edu .
Official printed transcripts can be mailed directly to:

Returning students: If you have not attended any other college since the last time you attended MSUB – go to Step 3. If you have attended any college(s) after attending MSUB, contact those colleges to request that they send official transcripts directly to the MSU Billings Registrar's Office. Electronic official transcripts can be sent to registrar@msubillings.edu . Official printed transcripts can be mailed directly to: MSU Billings Registrar's Office - 1500 University Drive, Billings MT 59101. All official transcripts must be received by MSU Billings prior to meeting with an advisor for registration.
